We collect account, enrolment, learning-progress, payment-reference, and support information necessary to operate the platform. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by The craft School.

We use personal data to authenticate users, deliver courses, confirm payments, issue certificates, improve the service, prevent abuse, and communicate transactional information. Access is restricted according to role and operational need.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting support. Some transaction and audit records may be retained to satisfy legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security obligations.
